ASICS Tiger presents the new GEL-BND

ASICS Tiger draws inspiration from successful classics of the brand in the 90s to present its new silhouette, the GEL-BND.

The model that served as inspiration for the new silhouette is the GEL-BONDI, which was launched in the spring of 1998 in Australia and initially developed as a shoe for triathlon practice. While these shoes were always created in heavy tones, ASICS broke into the market by creating a colorful sneaker that caught attention to athletes' feet, in addition to being lighter and having a breathable fabric.  

Thus, with influence from the color palette and materials of the GEL-BONDI, the GEL-BND emerges as a sneaker with street design touches, without losing the essence of its heritage. Furthermore, the model features a robust and aggressive midsole inspired by the GEL-DIABLO, and also carries the classic design of the GEL-Kayano 5 OG, giving rise to a new sneaker with timeless inspirations. 

The model is available for purchase on the e-commerce site of ASICS Tiger and also in selected physical stores, with prices starting at 349.90 and sizes ranging from 34 to 44.
