Cocker Shoes is now called VIGA
The São Paulo brand of footwear is undergoing a disruptive transformation, starting a new phase. The creative director, Caio Nakane - now in a more mature moment of his career as a designer and artist - brings aesthetic and strategic changes to VIGA.

The collaborations made in recent years are the highlight: KidSuper, Piet, Carnan, P Andrade, and DOD Alfaiataria were the names that formed partnerships, reinforcing its positioning in the national urban fashion and culture. "This is a new moment in my artistic and entrepreneurial career. Together with my team, we are focused on taking our business to new horizons, both in terms of product design, with bold projects, and in commercial expansion to the international market," says Nakane.

Now named VIGA, the new project aims to cover the universe of footwear in a broader and more solid way. "I felt the need for a change to encompass an even greater poetic and artistic freedom. The idea is to increasingly explore a space of innovation, new ideas, materials, colors, and textures that illustrate this moment.".

Bringing launches with a modern and disruptive design, aligned with the comfort and elegance of always, Nakane questions a typically conservative market. Thus VIGA is born, a young, modern, and contemporary brand that explores the universe of footwear like no other.
With the visual identity designed by Studio Tempo, it promises to bring to Brazil a moment when shoes cease to be something more formal and secondary, and become an important element in the visual composition and identity of the new generation.
