"Purchase Outside" is the new service from Correios that brings your product from abroad.

In partnership with Visa, Correios has made available a platform with addresses in the United States to receive and send products from stores that do not ship to Brazil.
There are many (really many) stores that do not ship to our beloved land, so the new service offered by Correios, in addition to taking care of all the bureaucratic aspects of importation, also handles all logistics from the purchase's departure from the store to your home.

First, you sign up on the website with your information and receive an identifying number (suite) and the available addresses in the U.S. as recipients for your online purchases. Then, you inform the chosen address and the suite to the virtual store, which will send the goods to that location.

Shortly after paying for the services and fees (taxes, don’t worry as the fees are lower than the conventional ones for amounts over USD 50), the product is sent to Brazil and delivered to your registered address via two shipping methods, Standard: the cheaper and slower option, and Express: more expensive but with a shorter timeframe.

On the platform, it is also possible to simulate the total costs you will incur in your future purchase with the shipping calculator, just as you can see in the example of a purchase made for delivery in Higienópolis, a neighborhood located in the central region of São Paulo:

In addition, you have tracking and monitoring of your purchase status, available packages from stores to save on shipping, and the storage of an order for more days in the United States to form a single package, and thus one delivery, which will greatly help your pocket. Through the partnership with Visca, payments can be made with Visa Checkout.

Regarding the recent launch, we still do not have feedback on the service offered by Correios, but from what has been presented, it seems to greatly assist with cost-effectiveness, especially for items that you cannot buy directly from U.S. stores as well as for ones that you usually find in Brazilian lands, which are not priced within reach.
