Design and sustainability inspire the new Nike Air Force 1 Crater

With ongoing efforts toward a future with zero carbon emissions and zero waste throughout its production chain, Nike continues its journey Move to Zero, which mixes sustainability and design, with one of the brand's most iconic models: the Air Force 1 Crater.

The shoe follows the principles of circular design, where everything can be recovered and transformed into something new. The model features a midsole made of Crater foam – a blend of standard Nike foams with 11% Nike Grind rubber (an initiative for developing recycled materials made from pre-consumer manufacturing scraps, post-consumer recycled shoes, and unsold footwear), – which provides a lighter feel.
