In a warehouse with over 3,000 square meters and 65 stands from different stores and brands, Sold Out held its sixth edition.
The event that brings together collectors, hypebeasts, and fashion enthusiasts from across Brazil had its first stage of 2019 on the last Sunday of May, gathering more than three thousand people.

Then you ask yourself, "Okay, but why is it important for the streetwear market in Brazil?"

Well, here’s the thing, the event is one of the main ones in Latin America with this format and aims to conduct sales, purchases, and exchanges for mega limited products that are mostly imported, in addition to making space for new brands. There, you can see up close products that are almost impossible to get.

But you might still be wondering about the importance despite all that was mentioned above, right? Well, Sold Out is a movement that affects not only these consumers but also major names in the country's fast-fashion industry, who use events like this to research trends and apply them to their collections that are sold all over Brazil.

In other words, since a large part of these "fashion scouts" are spread out across the country, people who cannot consume products purchased in major capitals end up acquiring pieces that were inspired by others, seen at events like Sold Out. In summary, they end up being the new consumers of streetwear in Brazil indirectly.

NOTTHESAMO was present at the last edition to hold a contest with the looks that passed by.

The idea was not to showcase the most expensive or rare look, but rather those with the best combinations.

Fashion is not based on the value of your clothing, remember that.
