Footpatrol x Le Coq Sportif Made in France R800 ‘Artisan’

For the last collaboration of the year, Footpatrol announces its third partnership with Le Coq Sportif.

Since the launch of "Made in France", a footwear program at the beginning of 2015, Le Coq Sportif began working with a small factory based in Cléon, in a small village called La Romagne. Since then, the brand has reestablished and celebrated its rich heritage and history in local manufacturing through a series of collaborations using iconic models from the LCS archive.

The chosen model was the R800, made in France, and in honor of the artisans, it was named ‘Artisan’. The word "artisan" is used to describe a worker in a specialized trade, specifically one that involves making things by hand.

The R800 features an upper made of smooth leather and dark blue nubuck, the interior and tongue in Tan leather, with the logos of both brands laser-etched on the tongue.

To complete the package, the sneakers come in a custom wooden box with an acrylic lid, accompanied by a leather moisturizer, a pair of shoe trees, a brush, and a polishing cloth.

The Footpatrol x Le Coq Sportif Made in France R800 'Artisan' is scheduled to launch on December 18 at Footpatrol.
