After Drake released the song "Summer Sixteen", once again targeting Meek Mill, the Philadelphia rapper did not hold back and released "War Pain," responding to Drizzy.

The song is part of the second half of the EP 4/4 and features Omelly, produced by Ben Billions and Danny Boy Styles. Meek released War Pain just 15 minutes after Summer Sixteen, claiming that he already had the lyrics to Drake's song and reaffirming that the Canadian does not write his own songs.
