Nike Celebrates 33 Years of the Classic Air Force 1

Dec 4, 2015

-

Without a doubt, in addition to being an icon of sneakerhead culture, the Air Force 1 is also an icon of street culture.
Created by designer Bruce Kilgore in 1982, the AF-1 was the first basketball shoe to use the Nike Air cushioning system, winning a large audience for its look and comfort.

In celebration of the 33rd anniversary of the AF-1, this Saturday (12/05) Nike will hold a private party for invited guests, with the support of SneakersBR.
The event will feature a screening of the documentary "Air Force 1 - Anatomy of an Urban Legend," in addition to a Sneaker Talk and food and drinks accompanied by DJ Typá.

You can try to secure an invitation by clicking here.

It is worth remembering that only those whose names are confirmed on the list will be allowed in!
