A Nike officially launched Nigeria's uniform for the 2018 World Cup in Russia.
The items from Nigeria developed by Nike feature floral prints on the shirts and jackets. On the back, the name "Naija" stands out, a designation now used by Nigerians themselves, representing all the audacity on the field of the new generation.
"With Nigeria, we wanted to capture the attitude of the nation," says Dan Farron, creative director of Nike Football.
The new uniforms are in a way inspired by current streetwear, which has been increasingly showcasing inspirations from football for product creation.
