PACE launches lookbook for the KINTSUGI collection - The Fabric Cadence
For the collection KINTSUGI - The Fabric Cadence, PACE applied the philosophy of Kintsugi (Japanese art that celebrates the imperfect, reconstructs broken ceramics with gold filaments, avoiding disposal and giving a new aesthetics to the pieces, making them unique).
"We created a new collection, remembering the pillars that launched us into the market (footwear and accessories) and we revived these categories in a safe and consistent manner. We also used this moment to rethink our impacts, many pieces are made with recycled cotton, sustainable blankets, and we gathered all the materials we had in stock and challenged ourselves to create new designs instead of buying new fabrics," says Felipe Matayoshi, creative director of the brand.
This Collection brings back two of the pillars that established the brand in the national market, Footwear containing three types of shoes. All equipped with the Italian sole brand Vibram®.
In addition to the shoes, for delivery, it offers a new version of Army Vest with Japanese fabrics and cordura, a leather biker jacket, military cardigans, trench coats, and a line of leather accessories.
