PIET launches its newest collection 2021 - Hike Your Own Hike
The expression Hike Your Own Hike is already known among outdoor sports enthusiasts, and can be understood as "Do your own thing, and don't follow others' plans".
This was the starting point for Creative Director Pedro Andrade when he created the HYOH collection, which navigates between sports, tailoring, and the digital universe. In addition to functional pieces like jackets, shorts, and pants made with technological materials such as biodegradable polyamide with resistance to water, wind, and UV rays, the collection features a line of tailoring produced from recycled cotton and post-consumer recycled polyester from plastic bottles.
Another innovation from the brand is the new line of hybrid footwear produced in partnership with the Brazilian company Cocker. Named the Hiking Boot and the Hiking Moc Toe, they bring technology to classic shapes through waterproof materials, vibrant colors, and Vibram soles.
The campaign was made through photographs clicked by Ítalo Gaspar, which come together with 3D scenarios designed by Matheus Cazuza, Bruno Ferreira, and Matheus Aguiar (Aged04).
It is worth noting that in addition to Piet, Andrade recently announced the creative direction for the giant of E-Sports LOUD and also his new brand which carries his name, set to be launched in the second half of 2021, which will talk about technology, innovation, and sustainability.
