Puma Style Rider Reinterprets classics from the past
Classic sneakers never go out of style. Whether through reissues or new silhouettes inspired by their predecessors, icons always return in some form. And with the Puma Rider family, it couldn't be any different.

Launched in the 80s, the Easy Rider, Fast Rider, and Track Rider emerged as a solution with irreverent and innovative design for runners exploring the city. The sneakers stood out for their colors, lightweight materials, and a sole with small cylindrical studs that provided greater traction.

Today, 40 years after the launch of the originals, the German brand brings together the best of each of the three models in a new silhouette: the Puma Style Rider. Transformed into a new contemporary icon, the sporty functionality has given way to style, as the name suggests.

Elements of the original design have been retained, subverted, and modified to create a more robust and casual silhouette. The lightness of the sneaker still fulfills its reputation, while the bold colors remain the signature of the shoe.

The Style Rider arrives in two new colorways titled 'Play On'. The first version features a dark gray nylon upper, suede finishes in shades of gray, details in pink, orange, and blue, as well as a white midsole and black outsole.

The second version features the classic natural rubber sole, with a white midsole, showcasing details in red, green, and white, finishing the upper in shades of blue and a white tongue.
The Puma Style Rider 'Play On' will be available starting tomorrow (22.02) at Your ID, ArtWalk, Guadalupe, Maze stores, and on the website Puma.com, priced at R$499.99.
