Skateboarding as a union and hustle among friends, Tropicalients, a new brand encompasses this and much more in its first collection.

Tropicalients started as a crew, where they signed “TS” on grip tapes, stickers, spots, and wherever else seemed interesting. It began its activities with the first video “Tropicalients #01” starring a collaboration with Crail, a truck brand.

But things started to get serious in the second video, “Tropicalients #02” for Thrasher Magazine, where the brand's visual identity was redesigned inspired by the daily life of the virtual world.

'' I think every skater goes crazy designing a crew logo and imagining that drawing could become some piece. At first, we used to throw paint on t-shirts and create tie-dyes for us to wear and to sell to friends. You know how it is, anything to strengthen the grind.'' Robinson Abreu, Graphic Designer of the brand.

TS received support from the brand HIGH for curation and product development. The collection includes 2 t-shirts, hoodies, pins, beanies, and 2 decks, one of which is the pro model of Filipe Ortiz.

The Tropicalients #01 collection is available on the e-commerce site of the brand.

Through the lenses of Mario Kreb and Felipe Espíndola.

Thanks to everyone in the crew, Renato Souza, Filipe Ortiz, Guilherme trakinas, Luiz gaida, Felipe Chales, Jp Souza, Felipe Espíndola, Yuri Facchini, Alexandre Maia, and Israel Jimmy.
