Taka Hayashi and Vans Vault Present Engineer LX Pack

Inspired by the Harness boot, Taka Hayashi presents his new collection in partnership with Vans.

Named "Engineer LX", the pack is part of the Vans Vault line, which consists of classic silhouettes from the brand reimagined according to contemporary street fashion, art, and music.

Presented in two colors - black and "tortoise shell" - the shoe chosen for the collection was the Sk8-Hi, made of smooth leather. Reinterpreted by Japanese artist Taka Hayashi, the footwear features straps similar to those seen on Harness boots, carrying the word "Destroy" on the back.
The vulcanized sole has been maintained, in light tones, and a leather lace was added that matches the color of the upper.

The sneakers are already on sale at stores like KITH and Bodega, priced at $190.00.
