Tyler, The Creator is the new creative director of Converse

After making a name for himself in the fashion world with his creative design in his brand Golf Wang, rapper Tyler, The Creator has just been appointed the new creative director of Converse.

Tyler was the name behind the collective ODD FUTURE, and he has also made recent collaborations with Vans. Now, his new mission is to revive the classic style of the iconic stars in a contemporary way with a surprising collection.
His first mission will be to perpetuate the One Star model, a classic from the 90s. The model, in blue, will be released this Thursday (13) on the website of Converse and Golf Wang, for 100 dollars, in a completely limited edition. The 2100 lucky ones who attended the last Golf Wang runway show will receive their pair of stars.
