The Nigerian designer Mowalola is 27 years old and is the daughter of parents who are also designers.

Born in Nigeria, Mowalola moved to England at the age of 12 to study at an all-girls boarding school.

In London, she studied fashion at Central Saint Martins, but dropped out to study at Fashion East, where she debuted at London Fashion Week in 2019.

Throughout her career, she has won over famous names such as Naomi Campbell, Drake, Steve Lacy, and Kanye West.

Mowalola has already created costumes for the music video of "Pure Water" by rapper Skepta, as well as being one of the selected by British Vogue to create outfits for a Barbie doll anniversary collection.

In 2020, when Kanye West signed the contract to create Yeezy Gap, Mowalola was chosen by him to be the creative director.

In her latest show, the designer once again showcased her creativity in a black style, with baggy pants, the use of the Yankees logo, the reinterpretation of the famous MoMa logo to MoWa, and oversized pieces in unusual shapes.
