Eduardo Kobra creates a mural in tribute to Ayrton Senna
This week, the famous and busy Avenida Paulista gained another mural made by Eduardo Kobra.
Kobra, as he is known, is an artist who started as a tagger, soon became a graffiti artist, and now considers himself a muralist, always opting to use bright colors in his works.
This time was no different, in homage to one of the country's greatest idols: Ayrton Senna. The mural was painted on a building on São Paulo's main avenue, Paulista.
"For many years, I have dreamed of creating a large mural about this example of talent, determination, and overcoming obstacles," says Kobra.
The mural titled "The Legend of Brazil" measures 41 by 17.5 meters.
Check it out up close, the mural is located at Rua da Consolação, 2608 (on the corner with Av. Paulista, in front of Praça José Molina).
