PUMA and Diamond Supply Co. launch a new collaboration
PUMA and Diamond Supply join together again for a new collection inspired by skateboarding. The launch features two moods: retro, with references from the 70s and 80s, and futuristic.
This collaboration is not new. The brands had previously joined forces about 2 years ago, but this is the first time that, in addition to sneakers, they are releasing clothing pieces. Among the sneakers, the classic Puma models Suede and Clyde have received a new look with the DNA and characteristic colors of Diamond, within the retro mood. The pieces that seek to revive the golden decades of skateboarding use authentic materials, different textures, colors, and wide-ranging design.
With an eye on the future, the pieces from the second part of the collection feature progressive materials, bolder silhouettes, and styling. Using mesh and jacquard fabric, they have a futuristic look for the streets and aim to predict the future of skateboarding and streetwear. The big news is the new Clyde Sock Low, which comes with the structure of the Clyde, but with a sock-like mesh construction.
The collection is already available here, at puma.com and at Artwalk, An Urban Shop, Gallery Cap, Guadalupe Store, Kings, Maze, Sense Skate Shop, and Your ID - in São Paulo, SP.
