Stussy joins Tomoo Gokita in a new capsule collection

The Californian brand Stussy has teamed up with Japanese artist Tomoo Gokita to launch a new capsule collection incorporating his work.

Tomoo gained recognition through his artistic productions in illustration and graphic design, recently standing out for his paintings as well. His works are usually displayed in shades of gray, featuring human figures with their faces hidden. His inspiration comes from pop culture, through manga and animations, translating these elements into works that sometimes have pornographic connotations, and at other times depict celebrities.
In his collaboration with Stussy, Tomoo Gokita presents 5 exclusive graphics, incorporated into t-shirts, pocket tees, and shirts in black and white. The collection will be launched on March 25 in Stussy stores, including online.
