Meal Time: How to make the smash burger NOTTHESAMO x Buzina
How about some practical tips and recipes to make at home? We present the segment Hora do Rango.
In this segment, we will teach some of the dishes we love to eat and, of course, have a good chat. Besides learning to cook dishes selected by the NOTTHESAMO team, we will bring guests who are part of our culture and beyond to participate.
Our kitchen is commanded by Chef Lucas Barreto (@barretovs) and the segment will be presented by Emerson Souza (@fat.kidd).

To kick off the segment, the chosen dish is the classic snack, hamburger! And for those who don’t know, on our 5th anniversary, we signed a smash hamburger alongside the burger joint Buzina, which was available on the day of the event and for two weeks at the restaurant. This is the snack you will learn, NOTTHESAMO Burguer.

RECIPE (Serves 4 burgers):
Brioche bread
Burger blend 90g: 45g chuck, 45g rib
American cheddar cheese
Mayonnaise: 1 egg
Soy oil (to reach the right consistency)
1/2 lemon
4 cloves of garlic
4 tablespoons of barbecue sauce
2 tablespoons of paprika
Bacon farofa:
1 cup of corn flour
150g of bacon
